964 ltd has created its own Advanced Design platform based on the Design Management Team. This gives the company great flexibility to take on and manage tasks and large projects even with relatively tight deadlines. We make use of technical branches located in our foreign offices and coordinated by our Design Management office. We operate within many different fields, such as BIM, 3D Modelling, Fabrication and Shop Drawings, Design Management, Data Management, Prototyping, etc.
Combining cutting-edge parametric design techniques that demonstrate our in-depth corporate know-how in the most diverse disciplines, such as carpentry,metal carpentry, marble, glasswork, etc., our Value Engineering services are second to none.
Our Procurement branch and our portfolio of long-standing trusted suppliers, deliver additional value to our Value Engineering services, as they enable us to test productive solutions by monitoring and searching the Cost Saving applications of each part developed by us with the highest accuracy.
Particularly worthy of mention is our technology aimed at ‘SIMPLIFYING’ the elements we develop for production; our technical drawings are supplied as PDFs with 3D content readable with Acrobat Reader, which facilitate an immediate in-depth understanding of even very complex elements.
Structures & Skin Facades Engineering
This is our newest Area of Intervention. As in the Fit Out stage, our Advanced Design platform - centred on the Design Management Team - allows us the greatest flexibility when undertaking and managing tasks. We assign a team of specialists to every client, as learning each individual client's production processes, the interaction of the parametric planning processes and the Cad-Cam processes is paramount. We also make use of technical branches located in our foreign offices and coordinated by our Design Management office.
We operate within many different fields, such as BIM, 3D Modelling, Fabrication and Shop Drawings, Design Management, Data Management, Prototype Drawing, etc. As with our Fit Out Engineering services, our Advanced Design platform based on the Design Management Team allows clients to contact our Technical Teams and speak with the project-specific Senior Project Managers.
Our real-time workflow monitoring allows for control actions to interact on the Time Plan.
Topographic Survey, Setting Out and Tracking
964 ltd, is specialised in Topography and Graphic Rendering services specific to interior spaces, as well as the Identification of buildings and sites suitable for civil engineering works. We employ some 20 staff and we boast the latest laser scanning technologies and georeferenced total stations. Located all over the world, our contract staff work in full autonomy, thus enabling our technical offices to tackle the subsequent Post Survey stages effectively.
We mainly use graphic rendering to support our clients in complex cases of Architectural Discrepancy regarding a project's Tender Data; as part of our Overlay Checking service we issue all claim-supporting documentation, while adapting and assessing the survey's impact on the work of the Shop Drawings issued prior to the survey stages or to support the Engineering of the handcrafted furnishings covered by the SOW, when these can be issued post Survey.
Saving Procurement and Suppliers Management
We have a Division that specifically selects and proposes long-standing pre-qualified suppliers and sources and identifies new resources in the Italian, European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets through our partners located in these markets.
The Purchasing Management service we offer is carried out at the selected supplier's production site; thanks to our on-site staff,
we are able to follow all manufacturing stages, from the production of mockups, through to the packaging and shipment of goods. We also monitor all stages of issuing the certification of compliance, as well as the financial aspects of guarantees and customs export documentation, through to shipment completion, all in line with the established contractual deadlines.
